Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, the services provided must not include anything more than the initial Discovery meeting. If additional services were already provided, a full refund will not be guaranteed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request for a refund, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fahhamkhan.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once a service has been provided completely, a refund will not be provided. All of the completed services will be based on the agreed and signed Scope of Work, prior to the commencement of any work.
